Daha sonra di\u015fin \u00fczerinden bir delik a\u00e7\u0131larak pulpa dokusuna ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Eri\u015fim sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda enfekte olmu\u015f pulpa dokusu ve k\u00f6k kanal dokusu \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131l\u0131r. Bo\u015f kanallar antibakteriyel sol\u00fcsyonlar kullan\u0131larak temizlenir ve k\u00f6k kanallar\u0131n\u0131n duvarlar\u0131 \u015fekillendirilir. Son olarak da doku dostu maddelerle k\u00f6k kanallar\u0131 doldurularak kanal tedavisi bitirilir. Kanal tedavisi bitirildikten sonra kompozit dolgu veya porselen kaplama (kron) yap\u0131larak tedavi tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"color: #32c7ba\"><strong>Fiber Post Tedavisi Nedir?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Kanal tedavisinin ard\u0131ndan di\u015f dokusunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan; a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131z, anesteziye gerek duyulmayan bir i\u015flemdir. Fiber postlar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ubuklar \u015feklindedir, esnektirler ve kanal i\u00e7erisine yerle\u015ftirilirler. Yerle\u015ftirildikten sonra \u00e7evreleri kompozit dolgularla doldurulur.
